To save and protect food products & flavors that belong to the culture and traditions of Ukraine and are at risk of disappearing by raising awareness of these products, and encouraging every- one to safeguard them: search for these products, purchase them, eat them, share their stories, support producers of these products, and, in some cases when the products are wild species at risk of extinction encourage their repopulation.
