Impact Force is excited to announce the opening of a Call for Proposal to select a reputable and experienced travel agency to collaborate with us. 

Scope of Services Required:

The selected travel agency will be expected to provide a comprehensive range of travel services, including but not limited to:

• Destination Research and Planning: Propose diverse and captivating travel itineraries that align with our brand image and cater to various travel preferences.
• Accommodation and Transport Arrangements: Source and book accommodations, flights, transfers, and other necessary arrangements for seamless travel experiences.
• Competitive Pricing: Present competitive pricing and commission structures that align with industry standards.

Submission Guidelines:

Interested travel agencies are requested to submit their comprehensive proposals in response to this RFP. The proposal should include the following information:

• Overview of the Agency: Provide a brief introduction to your agency, highlighting your experience, expertise, and any accolades.
• Portfolio: Showcase a selection of successful travel itineraries and experiences that demonstrate your creativity and ability to cater to various customer profiles.
• Team and Expertise: Detail the qualifications and experience of the team members who will be handling our account.
• References: Include testimonials or references from previous clients who can vouch for the quality of your services.
• Pricing Structure: Present a transparent pricing structure and commission rates for the services offered.
