Alina Hondar is the founder of REBUS.agency, a marketing firm based in Kraków and Kyiv, which she established in 2014. After the onset of the full-scale war, her business faced significant challenges, forcing her to relocate to Poland. Running a small agency under such circumstances was difficult, and the future seemed uncertain. Everything changed when Alina joined the "Dream and Achieve" program. The training and support gave her renewed confidence in her abilities. Mentorship sessions helped her recognize her past achievements and potential for future success. "Thanks to the online academy, I regained my confidence. Within just a week, I secured three large tender projects and successfully presented an impressive SEO audit for an 87-page website," Alina shares.

Yuliia transitioned from being an employee at a law firm to becoming an entrepreneur and the owner of her personal brand, Woman in Law. Her online services assist Ukrainian women in defending their rights and achieving success in business. Through the "Dream and Achieve" program, Yuliia gained entrepreneurial and digital skills to launch and grow her online business.

Olha mentors and supports individuals creating social, youth, and educational initiatives. After completing the "Dream and Achieve" program, she has provided six personalized mentorship consultations, enabling her clients to register charitable organizations or youth associations and work on grant-funded projects.

Polina teaches Ukrainian to children and adults both in Ukraine and abroad. She has founded and developed her project Ukrainian Word Workshop. Currently, she works with 23 students of various ages, including five international learners.

Viktoriia designs and hand-knits exclusive items, including hats, bags, socks, and more for women, men, and children. "The online academy was exactly what I needed. The training was incredibly helpful, especially the modules on financial literacy. I received answers to my questions and gained valuable practice presenting my brand and products," Viktoriia shares. She found the "elevator pitch" training particularly engaging, learning how to effectively introduce her project in a concise and impactful way.

Anna's passion and income source lie in selling oak tables, chairs, and other furniture made by Ukrainian craftsmen, reflecting the cultural richness and traditions of Ukraine. "When I applied to the program, I was trying to revive my business in Poland but realized I lacked the knowledge to promote it online. During the training, I strengthened my theoretical foundation and learned to apply these skills practically," Anna says. The academy's emphasis on teamwork and shared growth with peers from different industries particularly appealed to her. She learned how to effectively position her business online, collaborate with bloggers, plan social media content, and maximize audience engagement.

Margaryta had long dreamed of starting her own online business to spend more time with her children while earning an income from home. She had an Instagram page but lacked the knowledge to generate sales. "The training felt like a breath of fresh air. The eleven modules I completed opened up new development opportunities. I especially enjoyed the social media marketing module. The program helped me realize the numerous opportunities around me and how to utilize them effectively," she says. She encourages other internally displaced persons with business ideas to pursue this program.

Olena has been knitting for her four children and fulfilling orders for over 20 years under the brand Mama Lama. With her eldest son serving in the Armed Forces, she also knits for him and his fellow soldiers. Forced to relocate to Poland, Olena struggled to scale her custom orders into a sustainable business. "The academy gave me the confidence I needed. I established connections with shop owners who welcomed my work. Now I have regular orders and a stable income, which has boosted my confidence in both business and life," Olena shares.

Liliia lives in Kyiv and works in show business, promoting Ukrainian artists and their music both domestically and internationally. She founded her company, Music MOL, in 2022. At the start of the full-scale invasion, Liliia sought new ideas and opportunities, finding the "Dream and Achieve" program through a social media post. "The program provided incredible support from organizers, mentors, and participants, giving me the confidence and inspiration to continue my professional activities. I learned to approach work systematically, set future goals, and channel my efforts effectively," Liliia says.
