Impact Force NGO is announcing a tender for the provision of services to develop information materials for the website and printed products within the framework of the ReStart Mindset 2025 program.
The ReStart Mindset 2025 program is aimed at strengthening mental resilience, personal and digital security of women affected by Russia’s war against Ukraine — including veterans, internally displaced persons, returnees, and women from military families.
The initiative is implemented by Impact Force with the technical support of UN Women Ukraine and funding from the UN Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF) — a flexible and rapid financing tool that supports quality interventions to strengthen the capacities of local women in conflict prevention, crisis response, emergency relief, and peacebuilding.
Service provision period: June 15 – July 25, 2025
Application deadline: May 16, 2025
Validity of financial proposals: at least 30 calendar days
Organizational Requirements:
- The contractor must be a legal entity or private entrepreneur registered in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
- Payments will be made exclusively in cashless form, based on a signed contract and act of completed services.
Terms of Reference (ToR):
Objective: To provide information support for the program through the creation of high-quality textual materials for the website and printed products, which will promote the program, highlight its activities, and engage the target audience.
Scope of Work:
Creating informational materials for the website (project texts and news):
- preparing descriptions of the programme’s activities, key results and updates;
- developing news materials to keep the audience informed.
Creating informational materials for the website (press releases, articles):
- writing press releases for the media and articles for the website;
- creating content in accordance with media standards and publication requirements.
- minimum number – 5 materials.
Creating texts for the programme booklet:
- developing structured texts for the booklet (programme description, objectives, key areas of activity, achievements);
- adapting information into a format suitable for print (up to 6 A5 pages).
Expected results:
- Information materials for the website (news texts, press releases, articles) prepared and delivered to the Customer.
- Texts for the programme booklet created in their final version.
- All materials agreed with the Client and ready for publication/printing.
Requirements for the contractor:
- Experience in preparing text materials for websites, media, programmes/projects.
- skills in adapting information for different formats (news, articles, press releases, booklets);
- knowledge of journalistic standards, ability to work with primary sources. Literacy and ability to write in Ukrainian;
- adherence to agreed deadlines and willingness to cooperate with the Customer’s team on corrections and approvals.
