Impact Business Accelerator launches its third season: Ukrainian impact businesses to gain opportunities for scaling

Introduced in Davos during the World Economic Forum in 2023, the Impact Business Accelerator has become a true driver of social impact economy development in Ukraine and a response to a critical challenge: how to rebuild a country in difficult times through a new business culture, where financial results are inseparable from social impact.

Application deadline — September 30, 2025 (inclusive).

The social impact economy is one of the key economic models of the future, already proving its effectiveness and gaining momentum across Europe. One of the core elements of Ukraine’s emerging impact ecosystem is the Impact Business Accelerator, implemented by a partnership alliance of organizations — Impact Force, USVF, and SILab Ukraine — with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office, and the national project Diia.Business.

Over the previous two seasons, nearly 500 applications were submitted, and more than 70 companies completed the program. By integrating impact into their strategies, these businesses attracted investments, expanded their activities, created jobs, and found ways to generate greater revenue while delivering more social value. They tackle social and environmental issues — from veteran support to strengthening local communities. Five of them have already received financial grants.

The third season of the Accelerator kicks off in October. This year, the organizers will focus on a wide range of impact businesses — from veteran-led initiatives to tech startups. In particular, companies that leverage innovation as a tool for social impact — from digital services for vulnerable groups to solutions that enhance transparency, accessibility, and resilience across sectors — will receive additional opportunities for growth.

The program is designed not only to deliver knowledge but also to provide entrepreneurs with a supportive environment, valuable connections, and resources to take their businesses to the next level. Participants work at a dynamic pace, gaining access to international expertise and the unique experience of those who have already walked this path.

What participants of Impact Business Accelerator 2025 will gain:

  • 10 online modules on the Diia.Business platform covering key topics in business and social impact;
  • 9 lectures on measuring and managing social impact, finance, and reporting;
  • 23 practical workshops — from management, marketing, and communications to mental health, sustainable development, and AI in business;
  • individual mentorship with experts in finance, communications, and social impact;
  • consultations with international specialists in business development and scaling;
  • pitch training and the opportunity to present their projects at Demo Day in January 2026;
  • participation in a nationwide community of impact entrepreneurs;
  • access to free resources and partner materials.

The two most promising companies, based on program results, will receive €15,000 in financial support from the Ukrainian Social Venture Fund.

Two stages of acceleration

  • Stage One — open to all entrepreneurs. Participants will gain access to 10 online modules on the Diia.Business platform and receive support in preparing applications for Stage Two. A Q&A webinar with the organizers will be held, and a dedicated networking and support community will be created.
  • Stage Two — an advanced program for 40 companies selected based on criteria such as business model, financial stability, product readiness, scalability potential, and social impact. Participants will undergo intensive training, receive individual mentorship, and present their projects at Demo Day.

“The Impact Business Accelerator is not just an educational program. It’s a space where mission-driven businesses are born — focused on people, recovery, and new opportunities. We are looking for entrepreneurs ready to scale technologies for the benefit of society and prove that Ukrainian business can be a driver of global change. Our mission is to provide them with the resources and support they need not only to earn profits but also to build a future worth living in,” — emphasized Nina Levchuk, Co-founder of Impact Force.

“The new season of the Accelerator is not only a chance to grow your own business but also to become part of a broader movement of entrepreneurs shaping the economy of a renewed Ukraine. We see enormous potential in Ukrainian businesses to drive sustainable development, and our goal is to support these efforts. Impact Business Accelerator is an investment in people who are building businesses today that will transform the country tomorrow,” — noted Olena Kalibaba, Co-founder of SILab Ukraine and CEO of the Ukrainian Social Venture Fund.
