The non-governmental organisation Impact Force announces a tender for the provision of services for the development of training materials in the form of presentations and the administration of training sessions within the framework of the ReStart Consciousness 2025 programme.
The ReStart Mindset 2025 program is aimed at strengthening mental resilience, personal and digital security of women affected by Russia’s war against Ukraine — including veterans, internally displaced persons, returnees, and women from military families.
The initiative is implemented by Impact Force with the technical support of UN Women Ukraine and funding from the UN Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF) — a flexible and rapid financing tool that supports quality interventions to strengthen the capacities of local women in conflict prevention, crisis response, emergency relief, and peacebuilding.
Term of service provision: 26 June – 15 June 2025
Application deadline: 16 May 2025
Price offer validity period: at least 30 calendar days.
Organisational requirements:
- The contractor must be a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur registered in accordance with Ukrainian law.
- Payment will be made exclusively in non-cash form on the basis of the concluded contract and the certificate of completion.
Terms of reference (ToR):
Objective: to ensure professional development of training materials and effective administration of the training process for course participants, including attendance monitoring.
Scope of work:
Development of training materials:
- Preparation of training materials in the form of presentations in an agreed format (PowerPoint / Google Slides / PDF).
- Visual adaptation of materials in accordance with the project’s design identity.
- Structuring content (slides with key points, illustrations, examples, infographics).
- Developing an interactive workbook for participants with practical tasks. Coordinating materials and workbooks with the Customer’s team.
Development and implementation of group management rules and tools:
- Creation of group rules that promote safe and productive learning.
- Development and maintenance of a digital attendance log (Google Sheets or LMS).
Administration of training sessions:
- Technical support for all online training sessions (creating links, moderation, solving technical problems).
- Ensuring that reminders and training materials are sent to participants before each session.
- Control and monitoring of attendance at all training sessions, regular updating of the log.
Expected results:
- Training presentations and workbooks were created and agreed upon in a uniform style.
- Group work rules were developed and implemented.
- All training sessions were conducted with full administrative support.
- An up-to-date attendance log and summary reports were compiled and provided to the Customer.
Requirements for the contractor:
- Experience in creating training materials for educational programmes.
- Skills in working with online tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Proficiency in graphic editors and presentation tools.
- Ability to organise effective administrative support for training groups.
- Adherence to deadlines and requirements for content quality and reporting.
