Zakhida Adylova is a 39-year-old owner of the Crimean Tatar Art Salon “SANDIQ”, originally from Crimea. She revived a family business first launched by her brother in 2016. The mission of the art salon is to maintain the connection between Crimea, mainland Ukraine, and the world through art. She works with nationally and internationally recognized artisans, including Rustem Skibin, creating unique ethnic products. Thanks to the Dream & Achieve program, Zakhida launched a professional website, developed a growth strategy, set up her own production, and is now planning to move into an offline format and enter the international Etsy platform.

Liudmyla Popivniak is a 43-year-old owner of the family craft production “Yavorivska Oliynia”. In 2022, she left Kharkiv with her family but managed to revive the family business of producing raw, cold-pressed oils in the Lviv region. The business was first started by her husband’s great-grandfather in 1921, but was later destroyed by Soviet collectivization. The program helped Liudmyla structure her business processes, and she is now planning a professional advertising campaign and partnerships with eco-estates in the Carpathians.

Inna Tarabanovska is a 39-year-old professional photographer who was forced to relocate her photo studio from frontline Druzhkivka to Kremenchuk. She found an innovative approach by combining classic photography with artificial intelligence. Inna creates photorealistic digital copies, or avatars, for experts and business owners, enabling them to generate high-quality content without the need for regular studio photoshoots. Her service allows clients to save 60-70% on regular branded photoshoots. During the program, Inna completely revised her financial model and now plans to open a full-scale digital avatar agency and cooperate with international brands.

Nadia Chernykh is a 39-year-old founder of “LollyLab”, a sugar-free lollipop workshop, who made a radical life change. Instead of chemical reagents, she now “synthesizes” healthy lollipops using isomalt, a safe sugar substitute. Her sweets are tooth-friendly and suitable for people of different ages. The Dream & Achieve program helped Nadiia move beyond the “home hobby” stage, which she had originally started simply to calm her nerves. She now creates branded corporate orders and themed boxes for coffee shops and dreams of opening a full-scale separate workshop with employees.

Tetiana Fedorova is a 45-year-old founder of the animal clothing and footwear brand “Luna.animalshop” from Enerhodar. After occupation, captivity, and forced relocation, the former engineer at Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant started life from scratch and opened her own business. Today, she creates custom clothing and accessories for dogs and cats that highlight the uniqueness of each pet. The Dream & Achieve program helped Tetiana strengthen her self-confidence and take an important step toward opening her own workshop, where she plans to expand production and create new jobs.

Yevheniia Nikolenko is a 38-year-old founder of an English language learning project. After many years of employment, she decided to start her own business. While looking for a new professional path, she created a project offering a modern and interactive approach to learning English for children. Participation in the Dream & Achieve program helped Yevheniia overcome self-doubt, structure her business idea, and take the first steps toward implementing it. Today, she is developing her educational project online, working on scaling it, and dreaming of creating a modern learning center where children learn through curiosity, exploration, and practice.

Olha Yermakova is a 43-year-old entrepreneur and co-founder of a family business growing and selling chrysanthemums from the Netherlands. Shortly before the full-scale invasion, the family invested all their savings into developing the business, but the war put its future at risk. Despite losses and difficulties, Olha managed to retain clients and continue developing the business. Participation in the Dream & Achieve program helped her systematize business processes, introduce modern management tools, and confidently scale her activities. Today, she is working on expanding the product range, automating processes, and strengthening the financial resilience of her business.

Yuliia Hulitska is a 37-year-old yoga teacher from Petropavlivka, Dnipropetrovsk region, and the founder of “Cup of Yoga”. Even during the first days of the full-scale war, she continued to bring people together through yoga practice, helping them find support and inner resilience. After the birth of her daughter, Yuliia decided to develop her own online project and create recorded practices available at any time. The Dream & Achieve program helped her strengthen confidence in her idea, deepen her business knowledge, and take an important step toward scaling the project. Today, she is working on launching an online platform that will help people care for their physical and emotional well-being regardless of circumstances.

Alina Vovk is a 35-year-old yoga teacher, former flight attendant, and founder of a project aimed at improving women’s physical and emotional health. After losing her mother to cancer, experiencing depression, and facing her own health challenges, she found support in yoga, meditation, and body-based practices. Today, Alina helps women overcome chronic pain, stress, and exhaustion by combining movement, breathing, and self-care practices. The Dream & Achieve program helped her see herself not only as an instructor but also as an entrepreneur, structured the development of her business, and took a step toward scaling it. She is currently working on creating new online products, developing her own platform, and producing high-quality educational content for women.
