A UKRAINIAN NGO FOCUSSED ON SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR CHANGE
WOMEN-FOUNDED AND LED UKRAINIAN NGO
/01
OUR VISION:
A thriving Ukraine, leading the way in the modern world, empowered by its people and its commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
/02
OUR misSION:
To drive transformative social behaviour change and generate economic opportunities to advance Ukraine’s journey towards a sustainable and equitable recovery.
ORGANISATIONAL BACKGROUND
Our mission is not only to advance Ukraine’s sustainable and equitable recovery, but also to accelerate its accession to the European Union.
/01

The full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine in February 2022 profoundly impacted millions and limited our ability to implement programs as initially planned. Adapting to these circumstances, we have refocused our efforts to address the most pressing issues emerging from the war.

/02

Our unwavering commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals remains at the core of our work. These goals guide our project selection, capability development, and partnership forging, ensuring we create significant social and societal impacts.

/03

By aligning our efforts with these principles, we aim to support the Ukrainian population through the hardships of war and contribute to rebuilding the country, reinforcing our collective pursuit of a sustainable future and EU membership.

Impact Force is dedicated to cultivate an impact mindset across Ukrainian society, where integrity and respect for heritage and culture are the norms.
WE SUPPORT THE FOLLOWING UN SDGs:
01 / 03

We aspire for the Ukrainian private sector to
adopt best practices in inclusivity and gender
equity, and to balance profit and purpose in
order to actively contribute to solving some
of the most pressing societal challenges.

We strive to support the public sector in
acting with integrity, combating corruption,
and cultivating an environment conducive
to the growth of impact businesses, essential
for Ukraine’s journey towards becoming a
democratic state fully integrated into the
European Union.

To realize this vision, we adopt an ecosystem
approach, creating synergies among all
relevant stakeholders. Leveraging the latest
technology and innovations, we aim to build
a collaborative network that accelerates
Ukraine’s path towards societal transformation
and sustainable.

OUR TARGET GROUPS
OUR STRATEGY FORMS A COHESIVE, FULL-CIRCLE APPROACH THAT EMPOWERS VULNERABLE GROUPS, SUPPORTS UKRAINIAN BUSINESSES, AND ADVISES THE GOVERNMENT.
/01
VULNERABLE GROUPS
We focus directly on supporting individuals and communities that are most affected by the Russian invasion, such as IDPs, veterans, and economically disadvantaged groups, by providing them with necessary resources, skills, and support to improve their living conditions and enable them to contribute positively to society.
/02
UKRAINIAN BUSINESSES (SME)
By accelerating businesses  and helping them to commit to social impact, we contribute to economic recovery and growth.  Strengthening SMEs helps create jobs, fosters innovation, and drives economic stability, which is particularly crucial for Ukraine.
/03
GOVERNMENT
Collaborating with government bodies and policymakers is key to ensuring that the needs and challenges identified at the grassroots level are addressed through effective policies and legislation. By advising the government and advocating for policy changes, we help create an enabling environment for our initiatives. This includes reforms that support SME growth, promote gender equality, enhance social inclusion, and align with sustainable development goals.
