The Ukrainian NGO Impact Force announces a tender for research services for the Dream and Achieve programme.

The services will be provided within the framework of the Dream and Achieve programme, which aims to empower women entrepreneurs, internally displaced women, and those affected by the war in Ukraine, by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and resources to build sustainable businesses and strengthen their economic independence.

The Dream and Achieve programme is implemented by Impact Force in partnership with leading national and international organisations, with the goal of creating a resilient ecosystem for women’s entrepreneurship in Ukraine.

Validity of the price offer: the price offer must be valid for 30 calendar days.

ORGANISATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Legal entity or individual entrepreneur under the laws of Ukraine.
  
• Payment for services will be made exclusively in non-cash form, in accordance with the concluded agreement and the act of work performed.
  TERMS OF REFERENCE

Scope of Services:

Social media

• Social media strategy: audience analysis, platform and format selection
• Content planning & copywriting: posts, stories, announcements in agreed languages
• Content management: publishing, moderation, partner integrations
• Analytics & reporting: monthly results, optimisation, final report

Design services 

• Visual identity: adaptation, update of core elements (logo, colours, fonts, patterns), templates for digital/print materials
• Design of promo materials: presentations, leaflets, posters, brochures, banners, business cards, certificates; adaptation for print/digital
• Social media design: templates for posts, stories, covers; adaptations for different platforms; interactive formats
• Event/campaign visuals: key visual, social media assets, print materials, graphics for presentations and screens

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE

• At least 1 year of relevant experience;
• Experience in providing services for donor-funded projects will be an advantage;
• Experience in projects supporting entrepreneurship, gender equality, social impact, or women’s empowerment will be an advantage;
• Experience working with multi-stakeholder projects involving several partners is an asset.
