The Ukrainian NGO Impact Force announces a tender for the rental of a venue for events under the Dream and Achieve programme.
The services will be provided within the framework of the Dream and Achieve programme, which aims to empower women entrepreneurs, internally displaced women, and those affected by the war in Ukraine, by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and resources to build sustainable businesses and strengthen their economic independence.
The Dream and Achieve programme is implemented by Impact Force in partnership with leading national and international organisations, with the goal of creating a resilient ecosystem for women’s entrepreneurship in Ukraine.

Validity of the price offer: the price offer must be valid for 30 calendar days.
ORGANISATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Legal entity or individual entrepreneur under the laws of Ukraine.
- Payment for services will be made exclusively in non-cash form, in accordance with the concluded agreement and the act of work performed.
TERMS OF REFERENCE
Scope of Services:
- Provision of access to the venue on the day(s) of the event (up to 150 people);
- Availability of a bomb shelter in the building or in close proximity;
- Basic infrastructure: tables, chairs, electricity, and sanitary facilities;
- Cleaning services;
- Security services.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE VENUE PROVIDER
- Proven experience in providing rental spaces for events;
- Ability to ensure compliance with safety requirements, including access to a shelter;
- Flexibility in schedule and readiness to provide technical and organisational support if needed.
