Impact Force is launching an open call within the framework of the project on inclusive labour market integration of vulnerable groups in the Ladyzhyn Hromada of Vinnytsia Oblast. We invite organisations that are ready to propose and implement a practical solution based on social innovations and the principles of the European Pillar of Social Rights to participate.

To address these challenges in a systemic way, the NGO Impact Force, with the support of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, is implementing the project “Promoting Inclusive Labour Market Integration in Vinnytsia Region through Social Innovation”.

The selected organisation will develop and implement a practical employment model for vulnerable groups and will be responsible for the full implementation cycle — from identifying latent employer demand to the actual employment of candidates.

Target Audience and Expectations for Participants

Impact Force is looking for organisations that can ensure a full employment support cycle:

• identifying employer needs;
• preparing candidates from vulnerable groups;
• accompanying candidates;
• securing their actual employment.

Work Format

• work within a single hromada;
• focus on solving a specific problem;
• orientation towards own expertise and proven experience.

Key Requirement

Sustainability of solutions: the proposed approaches must continue to function after the pilot period ends without ongoing external support. This is about implementing new employment models that will remain in the communities.

Who Can Apply

• legal entities registered in Ukraine for at least one year;
• organisations entitled to enter into service agreements;
• proven experience in the field of employment, social integration, or community development.

Funding

Based on approved budgets and agreed work plans.
