
The “Dream & Achieve” program is now accepting applications from experienced entrepreneurs and professionals in business, e-commerce, and digital marketing who are ready to become mentors to talented Ukrainian women. The program supports women in starting or growing their online businesses and expanding into new markets. This initiative is aimed at empowering women affected by the full-scale invasion to realize their entrepreneurial dreams.
Program Engagement Period: February – April 2026, with a final in-person event in Kyiv (April 2026)
Format: Fully online
Mentoring in the “Dream & Achieve” program is about making an impact and providing support that creates new opportunities. By joining the initiative, you’ll help shape a new generation of Ukrainian women entrepreneurs who can succeed in both local and global markets. It’s a chance to share your experience with those taking their first steps in business — to help women build confidence, develop growth strategies, and see the full scope of their potential. Your knowledge can become the spark that turns an idea into a real business and a dream into a tangible opportunity. Join us to inspire, empower, open doors, and co-create a country where every woman has the chance to build her own business, independence, and future.
Mentor Responsibilities:
- Conduct 8 group mentoring sessions in March 2026 (schedule to be agreed upon).
- Offer individual consultations based on the mentoring plan (March–April 2026).
- Support participants in building practical business strategies (go-to-market, financial planning, sales, partnerships).
- Guide participants in preparing business plans for the final “Demo Day” event in April 2026.
- Participate in the final event in Kyiv (both online and offline formats available).
- Collaborate with the international Impact Force team to advance women’s entrepreneurship in Ukraine.
Mentor Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in entrepreneurship, business development, digital marketing, e-commerce, or related fields.
- Experience working with startups or small businesses.
- Willingness to work with women from different regions of Ukraine, including those who have experienced trauma.
- Mentoring, facilitation, or coaching experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- High empathy, structured thinking, and ability to work in adult education formats.
Mentorship Format:
- Weekly online sessions with a group of 6–8 participants, on a pre-agreed day and time (March 2026).
- One-on-one consultations as needed (March–April 2026).
- Access to structured materials and checklists provided by Impact Force.
