The non-governmental organisation Impact Force announces a tender for the provision of social media management and community management services within the framework of the ReStart Consciousness 2025 programme.
The ReStart Mindset 2025 program is aimed at strengthening mental resilience, personal and digital security of women affected by Russia’s war against Ukraine — including veterans, internally displaced persons, returnees, and women from military families.
The initiative is implemented by Impact Force with the technical support of UN Women Ukraine and funding from the UN Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF) — a flexible and rapid financing tool that supports quality interventions to strengthen the capacities of local women in conflict prevention, crisis response, emergency relief, and peacebuilding.
Service provision period: June 15 – July 25, 2025
Application deadline: May 16, 2025
Validity of financial proposals: at least 30 calendar days
Organizational Requirements:
- The contractor must be a legal entity or private entrepreneur registered in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
- Payments will be made exclusively in cashless form, based on a signed contract and act of completed services.
Terms of Reference (ToR)
Ensure the organisation’s high-quality presence on social media by regularly posting content and professionally managing audience engagement to increase brand awareness, engagement and positive image.
Scope of Work:
Social media management:
- publishing content (posts, stories, Reels) on all agreed platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.);
- adapting materials to the specifics of each platform (tone, format, hashtags, optimisation for algorithms).
Community management:
- moderation of comments and messages on social media (daily check); providing polite and timely responses to audience questions.
Expected results:
- Regularly updated social media pages for the organisation.
- Increased audience engagement (comments, reposts, likes, saves).
- A well-established system for moderation and prompt responses to user requests.
- A positive brand image and no reputational risks.
Requirements for the contractor:
- Experience in managing social media pages (SMM) for organisations or projects.
- Knowledge of the features and algorithms of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Ability to work with reputational risks and crisis communications.
- High level of written proficiency in Ukrainian (preferably English).
- Ability to meet deadlines and respond quickly to requests.
