Announcement of a tender for services to develop and implement a brand promotion strategy on social media

The non-governmental organisation Impact Force announces a tender for the provision of 

services to  to develop and implement a brand promotion strategy on social media the framework of the ReStart Minder 2025 programme. 

The ReStart Mindset 2025 program is aimed at strengthening mental resilience, personal and digital security of women affected by Russia’s war against Ukraine — including veterans, internally displaced persons, returnees, and women from military families.

The initiative is implemented by Impact Force with the technical support of UN Women Ukraine and funding from the UN Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF) — a flexible and rapid financing tool that supports quality interventions to strengthen the capacities of local women in conflict prevention, crisis response, emergency relief, and peacebuilding.

Service period: 19 May – 13 July 2025
Application deadline: 15 May 2025
Price proposal validity period: at least 30 calendar days.

Organisational requirements: 

  • Legal entity or individual entrepreneur registered in accordance with Ukrainian law. 
  • Payment for services will be made exclusively in non-cash form on the basis of a concluded contract and a certificate of completion.

Technical specifications

Objective: To develop and implement a comprehensive SMM strategy that will ensure brand recognition, increase the level of engagement of the target audience, and contribute to the achievement of specific communication and business goals.

Scope of work:

Development of a brand promotion strategy on social media: 

  • development of a comprehensive brand promotion strategy on social media, including the definition of  positioning, tone, categorisation, frequency of publications, target audience and visual style;

Creation of a step-by-step content plan: 

  • creation of a step-by-step content plan with approval of key stages and topics for a specific period (monthly/weekly — according to the technical specifications);
  • writing texts for publications taking into account the brand style and relevance of topics;
  • creating visual content: graphic materials, illustrations, infographics (in a corporate or agreed style);
  • creating basic video content: stories, reels, clips (with editing, if specified in the technical specifications);
  • support and communication within the approved deadlines, including regular feedback and reporting on completed work.

Expected results:

  • A strategy for promoting the brand on social media has been developed and approved. A content plan for the implementation period has been formed and agreed upon.
  • High-quality text, graphic and video content has been created in accordance with the brand style.
  • Regular communication, feedback and reporting have been ensured. 

Requirements for the contractor:

  • At least 2 years of experience in SMM and digital marketing. Portfolio of completed projects on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Experience working with non-profit organisations, social and educational projects. Understanding of the specifics of working with different target audiences and topics (social, business, educational, cultural projects).
  • Skills in writing texts in different styles (informational, promotional, educational, motivational).
  • Proficiency in modern tools for creating graphics and videos (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma, or others).
  • Ability to work with current content formats (stories, reels, interactive posts, infographics), and ability to work with analytics (Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Willingness to communicate regularly, make quick edits, and work to deadlines.
