The Ukrainian NGO Impact Force announces a tender for the provision of event organisation services within the framework of the Dream and Achieve programme.

The services will be provided under the Dream and Achieve programme, which aims to empower women entrepreneurs, internally displaced women, and those affected by the war in Ukraine by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and resources to build sustainable businesses and strengthen their economic independence.

The programme is implemented by Impact Force in partnership with leading national and international organisations, with the goal of creating a resilient ecosystem for women’s entrepreneurship in Ukraine.

March – April 2025

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS

March 3 2025

Validity of the price offer: proposals must remain valid for at least 30 calendar days.

ORGANISATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Legal entity or individual entrepreneur registered under the laws of Ukraine;
• Payment will be made exclusively in non-cash form, in accordance with the concluded agreement and the act of services rendered.

TERMS OF REFERENCE

Scope of Services:

• Development of the event concept
• Coordination and support of all participants;
• Design development and production of the brand wall and additional certificate
• Photo support of the event;
• Organisation of childcare for participants, including an animation programme.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SERVICE PROVIDER

• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience;
• Experience in implementing services for donor-funded projects will be an advantage;
• Proven track record in projects related to entrepreneurship, gender equality, social impact, or women’s empowerment will be an advantage;
• Experience working with multi-stakeholder projects involving several partners is considered an asset.
