On November 20, 2025, the third, updated season of the educational program “Dream and Achieve” kicks off — an initiative that has already become a symbol of women’s resilience and a powerful catalyst for the development of female entrepreneurship in Ukraine.

The full-scale war in Ukraine has caused deep social and economic upheaval, particularly for women. Thousands lost their jobs, were forced to leave their homes, adapt to new realities, and find ways to support their families under uncertain conditions. The “Dream and Achieve” program was created in response to these challenges — to provide women with tools, support, and self-belief. It has become a space where experience, ideas, and dreams give birth to entrepreneurship — entrepreneurship that not only transforms the lives of individual families but also revitalizes local economies, creates jobs, and supports communities during times of instability.
The third season of the program stands out with an innovative approach to learning, focused on interactivity and digital convenience. Unlike previous seasons, the first phase of this year’s program is powered by an AI chatbot, which will accompany participants for several months. This AI assistant not only provides access to educational modules but also sends regular reminders to review materials, offers quizzes to test knowledge, and assigns homework to reinforce learning. This format ensures a personalized and systematic learning experience, helping each participant absorb the material more effectively.
The second phase of the program involves advanced training that opens up a new level of professional growth and entrepreneurial confidence. At this stage, 80 finalists receive one-on-one mentorship from 15 highly qualified mentors — leaders from top international companies and innovative startups. Thanks to their expertise and support, participants not only refine their business ideas but also work on developing solid, viable business plans that take into account market realities, competitive advantages, and growth potential.
After successfully completing the second phase of the program and presenting their projects at the “Dream and Achieve” final event in Kyiv, the top-performing finalists will receive financial support of 40,000 UAH each to help grow their businesses.

Over the course of the previous two seasons, more than 200 women entrepreneurs took part in the program. For many of them, it became the launchpad for confidently developing their businesses, as it helped them build self-confidence and provided the knowledge and tools needed to scale effectively.
The results of previous seasons (see “Results 2023” and “Results 2024”) clearly demonstrate that when given the right resources and access to knowledge, Ukrainian women successfully launch high-quality entrepreneurial initiatives. Among the program’s graduates are craftswomen, artisans, artists, and educational managers who not only support their families but also create new jobs, fulfill their dreams, and actively contribute to their communities — playing a key role in rebuilding the national economy.
The stories of program alumnae feature inspiring transformations — where creativity becomes a business, and challenges turn into new opportunities.
Yuliia Yaroshenko, a participant of the first season, faced the challenge of starting over after being forced to relocate from Dnipro to Kamianets-Podilskyi. Through the program, she gained essential entrepreneurial and digital skills, identified her target audience, and built her own brand. Her efforts led to the launch of Woman in Law, an online legal services platform that not only empowers Ukrainian women to protect their rights but also supports the growth of women-led businesses — inspiring bold steps in uncertain times.
Iryna Pirlik, a second-season participant, moved from Lysychansk to Rivne, where she founded the eco-friendly floral brand Green House “Lily”. Despite having no experience in online sales, the program enabled her to successfully launch an online store and actively grow her social media presence. Recently, she made another creative leap by installing Rivne’s first self-service flower vending machine — a “floweromat.” Her project shows how nature, entrepreneurship, and innovation can come together beautifully, motivating others to start their own green ventures.

Hundreds of other graduates have not only unlocked their potential but also inspire others: they share their experiences on business platforms, speak at conferences, and become mentors to new participants — proving the power of female solidarity and mutual support.
“Every new season of ‘Dream and Achieve’ is a step toward recovery and sustainable development. Today, Ukrainian women are entrepreneurs, leaders, agents of change. They’re not just launching businesses — they’re shaping the future of their families, communities, and the country. This season, we’re helping them scale their ideas through digital tools and international collaboration, while staying true to what matters most — inner resilience and humanity,” emphasizes Nina Levchuk, co-founder of Impact Force.
“We firmly believe that entrepreneurship and business are not only personal or economic endeavors, but also powerful tools for change and the advancement of gender equality. Supporting women’s entrepreneurship goes beyond helping individuals — it strengthens families, builds resilient communities, and drives economies. That’s why educational programs like ‘Dream and Achieve’ are so important. This program creates space for development, learning, and collaboration, while also offering access to additional funding for women-led businesses,” highlights Sabine Freizer Gunes, UN Women Representative in Ukraine.
