Announcement of a tender for comprehensive communication support services for the “Dream and Achieve” project

The Impact Force public organization announces a tender for the provision of comprehensive communication support services for the “Dream and Achieve” project, including Social Media & Community Management, Design Services, information and PR support to ensure a professional, systematic, and impact-oriented presence of the project on social media, create a cohesive visual identity, interact with the media, and shape a positive image of the program.

“Dream and Achieve” is an educational program aimed at providing Ukrainian women affected by the war with the necessary entrepreneurial and digital skills to improve their living conditions, strengthen economic integration, and financial security.

Term of service provision: from November 3 to December 18, 2025
Application deadline: October 24, 2025
Validity period of the price offer: at least 30 calendar days.

Organizational requirements:

  • A legal entity or individual entrepreneur registered in accordance with Ukrainian law.
  • Payment for services will be made exclusively in non-cash form on the basis of a concluded contract and a certificate of completion.

1. Objective

To provide comprehensive communications support for the Dream and Achieve program by creating high-quality text and visual materials, professionally managing social media, interacting with the media, and forming an active online community to increase visibility, informing target audiences, donors, and partners, and highlighting the activities, events, achievements, and stories of participants.

  • Women entrepreneurs and women planning to start a business
  • Program participants and graduates
  • Mentors and experts
  • Partners, donors, business representatives, and the media
  • A wide audience interested in women’s entrepreneurship topics

2. Scope of work

1. Social Media & Community Management Services

1.1. Content preparation

  • Development and approval of a content plan in accordance with the project stages.
  • Preparation of text content (posts, announcements, success stories, quotes, calls to action).
  • Preparation and adaptation of visual content (banners, carousels, covers, stories).
  • Writing and formatting success stories of participants (storytelling format).

Content is created in Ukrainian, taking into account the sensitivity of the subject matter, the experiences of women in crisis situations, and ethical standards for working with vulnerable groups. Particular attention is paid to storytelling — preparing and publishing stories of participants that demonstrate personal transformation, professional growth, and the impact of the program on their lives.

1.2. Social media management

  • Regular publication of content on agreed platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and (if necessary) TikTok.
  • Adaptation of content to the specifics of each platform (format, tone, hashtags).

Publishing: posts, stories, Reels/video content (if available).

1.3. Community management

  • Moderation of comments and private messages.
  • Timely, ethical, and sensitive responses to audience inquiries.
  • Working with reviews and reputation requests.
  • Maintaining a safe and supportive online space for women.

Handling reviews, questions, and feedback with respect, empathy, and confidentiality.

1.4. Coordination and interaction

  • Coordinating with the Impact Force team on key messages.
  • Approving content in accordance with donor requirements and the brand book.
  • Interacting with project partners (reposts, mentions, tags).

1.5. Monitoring and reporting

  • Monthly monitoring of reach, engagement, and audience dynamics.
  • Preparation of short reports: number of publications, reach, engagement, most effective formats.

2. Design Services

2.1. Design of materials for social networks

The visual package includes:

  • Social media posts — up to 20 units (1080×1350 / 1080×1080)
  • Stories — up to 20 units (1080×1920)
  • Announcements / posters (key creatives for events/program stages)
  • Templates for thanking partners / experts / mentors / participants
  • (If necessary) templates for regular program sections (quotes, participant stories, module insights, etc.)

All materials are created in accordance with the requirements for publications on Facebook / Instagram / LinkedIn.

2.2. Presentation style design for projects/pitches/Demo Day

  • Creation of presentation style (template/design system):
  • Slide cover
  • Basic slide types (text, numbers, photos, quotes, infographics)
  • Final slide / contacts
  • Slide with partners/donors

Format: PPT / Google Slides / other agreed format.

2.3. Interaction, coordination, and technical requirements

  • Coordination with the Impact Force team regarding content and deadlines.
  • At least 3 rounds of revisions at no additional cost.

3. Expected results

Social Media & Community Management:

  • Approved content plan
  • Regular and consistent presence of the project on social media
  • Prepared and published success stories of participants
  • Active and moderated community
  • Increased awareness and trust in the program
  • Regular analytical reports

Design Services:

  • Visual package for social media: up to 20 posts, up to 20 stories, posters/announcements, 5 post-communication visuals
  • Presentation style design (template)
  • Source files and ready-to-use formats provided

Information and PR support:

  • Approved communication plan and content plan
  • Prepared and distributed press releases and media materials
  • Established contacts with relevant media
  • Regular interim and final reports with performance indicators, coverage, and analytical recommendations

4. Requirements for the contractor

Social Media & Community Management:

  1. Experience in managing social networks for social/educational/entrepreneurial projects
  2. Copywriting and storytelling skills
  3. Ability to work with sensitive topics and vulnerable groups
  4. Understanding of social network algorithms
  5. Experience in community management
  6. High level of proficiency in Ukrainian
  7. Knowledge of English is an advantage (for interacting with partners and donors)
  8. Responsibility, adherence to deadlines, communication skills

Design Services:

  1. Portfolio with examples of visuals for social networks/brands/events
  2. Ability to work within brand guidelines and with donor logos
  3. Experience preparing materials for digital channels and presentations
  4. Attention to detail, responsibility, meeting deadlines
  5. Ability to work with socially important and sensitive topics

Information and PR support:

  1. Experience developing communication strategies and plans
  2. Practical experience working with the media (organizing publications, interviews, press releases)
  3. Media monitoring and analytical report preparation skills
  4. High level of written proficiency in Ukrainian and ability to work with complex information
  5. Ability to meet agreed deadlines and work in collaboration with the Client’s team
